Technical Support Services
Our multi-location Technical Support infrastructure can provide support services tocustomers with geographically dispersed and global locations. Greenlight Technical Support is available via web, email, and telephone.
Various levels of support are offered, including standard hours and extended hours for mission-critical and high-availability environments. We monitor and track customer satisfaction, to obtain feedback on our products and to learn about and adapt to customer preferences.
Training
Greenlight offers complete user and IT training programs that optimize the effectiveness of your compliance program. From the start, we will meet with you to develop plans to optimize your use of Greenlight, foster quick adoption and assist with rollout strategies that are right for you. Greenlight needs minimal additional technology or infrastructure. Training offers complete user training and technical training while interacting with various backend ERP, and home-grown applications.
